after spend hours making account on taobao and alipay, pay for it with usa credit card. first alipay ask me to wait 24 hours then it freeze my account and ask me to call a 6 digit phone number. I dont recall ever saw a 6 digit number I can call so now Im stuck with account freeze with no reason and a total waste of time that they cant even have a support to fix!!!! God alipay is horrible

I dont know how I can survive without this app to allow me to remotely (cross the Pacific Ocean) manage my ailing patentss daily financial small tasks like paying nanny bills, buying groceries and misc. things for them.

Every time need password is painful.

Why I need type the password each time??? And, please do not inform me of opening the notification every time!!!!

International credit card with expiry date in October cannot be keyed in when doing immediate payment. When selecting the expiry month of credit card, October cannot be updated while other months can.

I tried to buy something thought them.. They closed my orders and asked me about verification documents.. So I sent them and they needed another and another.. It was really enough for me I started live chat and I was told that I cant ever close my account, because that how their security system works!! everything what they told me was literally" just leave it open and dont pay attention about it, its same like if you close it" !! I can send you screenshots of it. DO NOT USE IT

I dont have a Chinese credit card. I will be very helpful if the app allow funding from foreign credit/debit card.

The best thing that I wish it go on is the English UI. Go on, good luck

Its amazing app. Its easy way to pay using any credit cards using this app. Its more secure and helpful for me.

For basic functionality this app does work in English and you can do those functions with a passport. However if you attempt to do much of anything else such as use the features that let you earn interest, you will get a message in Chinese that tells you to buzz off, you arent Chinese so get lost. As well many of the functions open screens that are not in English and so I can say this is only partially an English version. Finish the translation and open up ALL features to EVERYONE!

下载后强制升级软件包括邮箱，强制使用个人location，大家手机都是和银行卡绑定，邮箱里面也有重要信息，请不要下载这个软件。和中国的支付宝不一样， fake one

I do not want such a big app with so many useless funtions

Not worth the time. Still doesnt support proper credit cards so what worth is this app? Seems useless in its current state.

Spent hours viewing the Taobao, all excited about the items purchased, I mean going to purchase, then forwarded me to download the Alipay app, all the personal info submitted, the credit card is denied. What a waste of time and energy! Pretty annoyed!! Why bother to put up the non working apps ??

Do not even download this crap. It has no use at all. 很坏。我已经警告过我的朋友们不要下载！
