Its so helpful to manage my personal wallet with this App, so thumbs up : )

Cant switch on TouchID because of "网络繁忙". Cant change password either for the same stupid reason. Tried at least 5 times on different days. No luck. Organization is bad too. Took me forever to navigate to the feature I was trying to use. In spite of all the fuss, this app is not ready for prime time.

Good in most aspects I used.

Shamelessly divulge users private information. No matter how convenient it might be, it is a terrible product.

Alipay is really leading the way to making it easy to pay for things and transfer money between people.

doesnt support Apple Watch 2 or watchOS 3. The offline payment code function doesnt recognize the two dimension codes on the watch

Please design landscape mode for ipad Pro. At least the display can be orientated automatically. Vertical display is very inconvenient to ipad Pro users. 请设计横屏模式，因为iPad Pro的用户基本都用横屏模式。很多app都支持横屏模式的。

The new icon (with Ad on it) is so ugly.

Does not allow to input the passport number ... Always ask only Chinese ID... Nobody can help .

The English version is just in English on the menu ... But most of the part especially the part to fill the information about the card is still only in Chinese .... So what is the meaning to write English version when is not true ????

Why does a payment App have such a large memory consumption

English menus are incomplete in places and will not allow the use of passport as a form of ID since the update. Very disappointing!
